Leonore A. Vitacco

Leonore A. Vitacco, a longtime resident of the Bronx, beloved mother and grandmother, died on July 20, 2019. She was 77.

Mrs. Vitacco was born on February 5, 1942 in Yonkers to the late Armando and Venturina (Salami) Stagnaro. On September 12, 1965, she married Frank Vitacco. He died on October 15, 2014.

She is survived by her sons, Michael Vitacco and his wife Theresa, and Richard Vitacco; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Vitacco and Anthony Vitacco; her brother Richard Stagnaro; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4-9pm at John Dormi & Sons Funeral Home, 1121 Morris Park Avenue, Bronx. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday 11am at St. Francis Xavier Church, 1075 Van Nest Avenue, Bronx. Interment will follow at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, 2600 Lafayette Avenue, Bronx.
